EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

In this article we are going to talk about Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Nowadays, EQ is more important than IQ. 

Emotional Intelligence(EQ) refers to the capacity for recognising our own feelings and those of others for motivating ourselves and or managing emotions well in ourselves and in our relationships.
Emotional Intelligence basically consist of five major components:-
  • Knowing our own emotions. 
  • Managing our own emotions. 
  • Motivating ourselves. 
  • Recognising the emotions of others. 
  • Handling relationships.
