How to prepare for an interview?
An interview is basically meant to assess the personality of a candidate, his behaviour, manner of speaking, depth of knowledge, clarity of thought, intellect and some other qualities which constitute the personality.

a) Avoid nervousness and tension. Keep your smile and look pleasantly at members.
b) Don't argue,late,mumble.
c) Avoid projecting weaknesses, prejudices, bias.
Successful candidate is not necessarily the most highly qualified, skilled. The winner may be one who come across as- Reliable, Motivated,confident. Try to show some creativity in your answer. Whether you are the right person for them, depends on your answers they think will appeal to them.
