How to tackle Stress

Since, Stress have been now a normal part of our life. Almost everyone at every phase are going through stress. According to the APA’s Stress in America study, nearly 70% of Americans experience physical and mental symptoms of stress, but only 37% think they are doing very well at managing stress. Before moving further, we need to figure out the stressor, what are the causes by which we are feeling stressful, then we need to differentiate at what quantum of stress really we can handle stress. 

1. Sharing
Yes! It helps in reducing stress at a greater extent. Share your problems with your friends, parents or loved ones. They will help you to cope with it. Always remember this pro-tip, "Two stressed people equals less stress." 

2. Appreciate criticism with grace
Appreciating negative feedback isn't easy but it's nearly important too. Analyze the criticism well and figure out whether it is criticism or truth that no one would ever dare to say at your mouth. Take it as positive, turn this criticism into improvement. Improve yourself and lead yourself towards a better person. 

3. Learn to say NO
If you think this work is can't be done by you. Say No and ask for help from others. Be ready to help others and be ready to compromise. 

4. Meditate 
One of the best way to cope up with stress is doing meditation. Even you should follow it in your daily routine also. Spending even few minutes on it can restore your calm and peace. 

5. Take a break 
Take a break from your daily life. Do what you love in this break period. Go hangout with friends, explore the world or give sometimes to your hobby or learn a new skill.
